Katy Perry was moved to tears when she visited China National Traditional Orchestra in Beijing and was treated to her new song "Roar" played on Chinese traditional instruments.
Katy presented a signed guitar from the United States as a gift. On behalf of CNTO, Director Xi Qiang presented Katy Perry with a "Xun", China's oldest musical instrument, as well as the CNTO's commemorative album "Chinese Tones" and "Impression of Chinese Music" documentary.
Katy Perry was honored backstage with a plaque for reaching gold sales certification in China for her album "Prism"
